LAKE FOREST, Ill. – Whether you’re attending the game or watching it on TV, Bears fans are encouraged to help raise awareness in the fight against breast cancer by wearing a “Real Bears Fans Wear Pink” t-shirt Sept. 28 when the Bears host the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday Night Football at Soldier Field.

Tight end Greg Olsen's mother, Sue, is a breast cancer survivor.
The t-shirts are available in sizes Adult S-XXXL at a cost of $15 each and are available for purchase online through September 25.

All proceeds will benefit Bears Care, the charitable beneficiary of the Bears, which has raised more than $5 million in support of Chicago area breast cancer research and treatment programs the past 13 years.

The initiative is being staged by the Bears and Bears Care to help kick off Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Shirts can be picked up at Soldier Field from 5-7:30 p.m. on Sept. 28 in the Weber Ultimate Tailgate area outside the southeast corner of the stadium. United Club and Suite ticketholders can pick up the shirts at the north end of the United Club. In an effort to minimize the costs associated with this charitable endeavor, the Bears have established a minimum quantity of 10 shirts for orders to be shipped.
A limited quantity of shirts will be available for purchase at Soldier Field on game day, but fans are urged to place their orders early to guarantee proper sizing.  All sales are final and no refunds will be issued, nor can sizes be exchanged once the order is processed.
For more information, or to purchase a shirt, visit http://www.events.org/pink. For group orders of 50 or more, please contact bearscare@bears.nfl.com with “RBFWP” in the subject line and provide daytime contact information.
