RE: Can Tony Romo be a top QB?
I think Romo is a top QB already and has been one ever since he entered into the league; just look at his stats. However, I don't believe that Romo can be an ELITE QB just because he doesn't have the HEART it takes to get there (right now).

RE: Can Tony Romo be a top QB?
Hi everyone. Yeah, you´ve pretty much discussed about Romo´s performance and about him having the clutch or not, I personally think it´s quite early to tell if he´s got the clutch or not. Why? Consider the offensive line and the fact that some rookies didn´t do their best job and as a result, Romo got his ribs broken. Moving Tyron Smith to protect Romo´s blindside might work, but again what will happen with the offensive, putting another rookie there?? Come on, even an elite quarterback can´t show all his potential with a so-so team talent.

I think hes that second tier QB, like Matt Ryan Joe Flacco Etc. They are good but not elite. Hes just not clutch.

Yes he can, he just goes through his phases like every other QB. You don't see anybody complaining when he's on a hot streak.
