Which Defense?
Which defense should I start...Eagles or Giants? I'm torn. I've been starting the Eagles and I've been burned badly the last two weeks with this team. I even lost my last match up because of them.

RE: Which Defense?
While I think the Eagles will probably beat the Bills this week, I still think you should go with New York. The Giants are at home against Seattle. The Seahawks are dreadful. I can't imagine them having a big offensive day.

RE: Which Defense?
I have to agree with MrBenchly....start the Giants. I think the Giants have a better shot at doing well than the Eagles have against the Bills. The Eagles lost a little luster and the Bills are holding their own.

RE: Which Defense?
Eagles D or Giants D, that is a tough question. In the standard NFL.com fantasy leagues the Giants D has outscored the Eagles D so far this year but only by 8 points. However, this week I think the Giants at home against Seattle stand the biggest chance to put up big points. The Eagles D will have opportunities for sure, as Fitzpatrick has made a few suspect decisions this year but Tavaris Jackson is in a league of his own when it comes to bad decisions.
I would go Giants D and hope Tavaris plays like his usual sub-par self! Good Luck! |

RE: Which Defense?
There is no question about it. The Giants are playing a team that only averages 14.5 points a game and the Eagles are playing a team that averages 33.2 points a game. The Giants defense allows 21.8 points a game and the Eagles defense allows 25.2 points per game. The Giants defense has forced 8 turnovers while the Eagles have forced 4.

RE: Which Defense?
Take this from a guy which has started the eagles defense all year...start the giants. The eagles have screwed me more often than not. I actually just traded for the Bengals defense so I hope that pays off for me.

RE: Which Defense?
There is no question at all that the best defense would have to be the Baltimore Ravens. They are killing it this year with their defense. They shut down the New York Jets last week and forced them to 5 turnovers. Personally, in my fantasy league I have Jets defense they are good as well but, just a tad bit behind the Ravens.

RE: Which Defense?
But just as a general tip, whenever you have a defense playing Seattle, start that defense. The Seahwaks are dreadful. I really thought Cincannati would be the worst team in the league this year, but they're the Montana 49ers compared to Seattle.
