Ndamukong Suh's appeal denied
The suspension stands, and that means Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh will sit out the next two games for stomping an opponent during a loss to the Green Bay Packers.
Suh's appeal of the suspension handed out earlier this week was denied Friday by Art Shell, jointly appointed by the NFL and the players' association to hear such cases. Suh will miss Sunday's game at New Orleans and a Dec. 11 home game against Minnesota. He can return to practice on Dec. 12.

RE: Ndamukong Suh's appeal denied
It's disappointing that he's suspended for this week's game, since it opens the door for the Lions fans to claim that they only lost because they didn't have Suh. Oh the other hand, I think that a two game suspension is more than warranted. I'd love to see him out for the regular season and then only allowed back for any post season games they might play if he agrees to anger-management classes.

It is disappointing to see him out the next two games but you can't just go stomping on other players like you own them. This was bound to happen due to his other run ins with other players and the previous $42k he was fined.

Yeah, I agree Niki. Anyone who goes around hurting other players like that needs to reap the rewards of his behavior. What would anyone have said if he'd broken someone else's bones? "Good play?" Granted, football is a rough game, but dirty play should never go unpunished. The league did the right thing by suspending him.
