Tim Tebow Or Cam Newton Who Would You Rather Build Around?

As a quarterback I think the obvious answer is Cam Newton. But if personality, and hard work, determination and leadership is all it took int eh NFL Tim Tebow would be a sure-fire hall of famer. I really like Tim Tebow and hope he does well, I"m truly rooting for him to succeede.

Tim Tebow is one of the best players the Denver Broncos have. He's also a great role model as well for football and our society.

I like Timmy Tebow and all, but he's no Cam Newton. Newton is simply too big, too fast, too talented. And he's already an accomplished passer, as his rookie record for passing yards proves. I'd still love to build a team around Tebow, but Newton provides an aerial game that Tebow can't match. Newton creates more options on offense.

I think Tebow proved again today that he's not the answer at quarterback. Don't get me wrong I'm rooting for the guy but I don't think he's going to have a long NFL career, not as a quarterback at least.

I'd have to go with Cam Newton because Tim Tebow is a bit unpredictable. Can't rely on someone who only does well in the fourth quarter. It's just too risky.

I dont understand many of you. Cam is good, i will admit that, but tebow is a winner. To me, Cam is just having a great season. Tebow, on the other hand, has already been there and done that. He wins. He brought the broncos from no hope to some serious playoff contention. Furthermore, tebow has the ability to mess up any defense because there is always an option of the run. I pick tebow.

This is difficult because there's a lot to like about Tebow. His insane ability to be at the heart of a large surge by the Broncos and how often they pull it off would have me at this point leaning toward him, but if Cam Newton continues on a linear projection of improvement from his rookie season then he'll be a superstar.

When people talk about Tebow winning, what they fail to realize is that it was Denver's defense that actually won those games and not so much as Tebow being an elite NFL QB. In terms of comparing the two, I'm not going to do that because Tebow is in his 2nd year and as you know, Newton is a rookie. If the panthers can build out their offense and get a solid defense, they are going to be dangerous.

Do I see Tebow as a long term solution for the Broncos? No! He has pissed off a lot of DBs and you can be rest assured they are going to be gunning for him next year. Mark my words, come next year Tebow will learn that the NFL is not kind to running QBs.

I kind of love Tebow. I know, I'm crazy, but I think he definitely has potential!

I think Cam Newton has more potential at being a successful quarterback. Tim Tebow seems like a nice guy and it seems that sometimes he can pull a good win out but I do not think that he will be able to come a great quarterback and will not be at starting quarterback for the long term.
