I would build around Cam Newton. Tim Tebow will never be as talented as Cam Newton.

Tebow has the "intangibles," but Newton has completely shattered my expectations of him this season. I thought he would be decent, but he has looked like a legit QB all year. If he can cut down on his picks he'll be dangerous.

For most of this season I refused to look at Cam Newton as a good player...until I realized they only won 2 games last year. All Tebow has shown me so far is that he can come back in the 4th quarter as long as the defense makes mistakes and his team isn't down by 20+ points.

All of the games he's come back to win were low-scoring games (except the Raiders and Vikings), and most of the games he failed to rally in were lost because he didn't execute during any part of the game BEFORE that last 15:00.

Cam Newton will still be trowing the ball long after Denver realizes Tebow will never get them anywhere.

Cam Newton has the most exciting future and seems to be to have a better all over game than Tebow so I'd build around Newton without a doubt.

For me if I'm talking about the Raiders it's gotta be Cam Newton as well he just seems to have a better package at QB than Tebow who is good in his own right both have limitations but Newton's seem easier to fix long term.

I think that both have talent, but I would go with Cam Newton. Tebow just seems like a one trick pony.

If you're looking at a long term quarterback I think you have to go with Tim Tebow. Cam is having a great year but the question is...can he keep it up? I think the answer is no.

Well I would say Cam because I mean you can say for both that they are having a good year, but how long will it last? I would say that I would go with Cam on this one, because I think that he can and will be long term more than Tebow. I have to say that he would be a better pick than Tebow at this point in time, but you may never know. I will have to actually wait and see what happens as well with everything on these two.
