Stafford hits 5,000 yards on the season.
My word has he surprised me this year. If he can stay healthy he is going to be an elite QB no doubt. I thought he was going to be a bust, but shows what I know.

Yes Stafford has impressed me this year. People say that Stafford is a product of a Calvin but if you look at the stats Calvin has 1600 yards and Stafford has 5000 yards total. The lions lack of a running game may have helped Stafford get this many yards but he is still impressive and has made some impressive throws.

This is impressive but it's still not surprising that he hasn't gotten the attention for this. You really don't think of this guy as being a 5,000yd passer because you just assume that's only reserved for the Brees, Rodgers and Brady's of the league.
Still a very impressive accomplishment and the Lions need this guy to stay healthy for the rest of his career. He will be an elite QB if he can. |
