Most disappinting team this year?

The "dream team" Eagles have been the topic of much ridicule because of how awful they played for the first 3/4 of the season, but the Jets, Chargers (entire AFC West actually), and Bucs had pretty dismal seasons by their standards too. You do you guys think if the biggest flop team of the year?

I have to say the most disappointing team was the Panthers. Not that they were a pick to into the playoffs, but they had so much potential and they are definitely better than the broncos. They lost so many close games, and just when their offense was coming together, their defense falls apart.

Tampa disappointed me, though not as much as they disappointed their fans. At the start of the season I had them challenging Atlanta for a wildcard playoff berth but they were nowhere near it. Going to need vast improvement over the off season.

The Eagles is probably one of the most disappointing team to me. They kept losing games.

Eagles and dolphins. Eagles had their form of big 3, and lost. Dolphins though, had a lot of very close games, and were never once out of the game for any quarter. Furthermore, matt moore came out of nowhere and did amazing.

There were a a few disappointments this year. I almost picked the Eagles but then I had to regress and select the Falcons. I was positively sure with the addition of Julius Jones that the Falcons would be playing for the NFC championship. But once again Matty Ice became Matty rice. How is it that you can have Matt Ryan, Michael Turner, Tony Gonzalez, JJ and their supporting cast and not score a touchdown or a field goal in the most important game on the most important stage up to that point?

You can ask all those questions of the Eagles and they as opposed to Atlanta didn't even make or look like making the playoffs. Like you I expected the Falcons to be better than they were and perform better than they did in the playoffs but at least they got there.

There have been a lot of disappointing teams this year but I was really only disappointed when my team, The Jets, lost, and on Christmas Eve of all days!

I think I might change my vote to the Falcons. I keep expecting this team to do well in the playoffs and they always fail me. 2 points? Really? The Falcons offense failed to outscore the Falcons defense!

I agree. The Eagles. At the beginning of the year, many people picked them to win the super bowl.
