Oregon's LaMichael James to go pro
Oregon running back LaMichael James, a Heisman Trophy finalist in 2010, is skipping his senior year and declaring himself eligible for the NFL draft.

He's going to be a get for whoever picks him. Oregon's going to be find though. They just reload at runningback year in and year out.

RE: Oregon's LaMichael James to go pro
If he's still around late in the draft like fourth or fifth round I'd like to see the Steelers pick him up. Great runner, quick but tough something the steelers could use in a few years if we don't keep mendenhall around with all this cutting we are doing.
Go Steelers!!! |

If he is still there that late it is because he broke his leg and had to get it amputated. He won't make it out of round 2 with his ability. |

He would be an absolute steal for some team if he's taken in the 2nd round.

RE: Oregon's LaMichael James to go pro
I would love to see the Bucs get him. I think he would compliment Blount tremendously. I think they could have the same type of success they had at Oregon, but I do not know if the Bucs will have a chance to draft him in the 2nd round. I do not think they should use their 1st round pick on him as it is too high of a pick. But, if he is around in round 2 I would take him without hesitation if I were picking for the Bucs.

The Browns just lost Hillis. Maybe they could get him. They have a relatively high draft position. I forget who the other back for the Browns was last year. Was it James Harrison?

I would like to see the Pats pick him up to be able to spell Ridley and Vereen.
