Bucs introduce Rutgers' Greg Schiano
Greg Schiano relishes the challenge of trying to turn around the struggling Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The 45-year-old Schiano was formally introduced Friday as the ninth coach in franchise history, inheriting a team that allowed the most points in the NFL this season. "We're beginning a new chapter for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers," Bucs co-chairman Joel Glazer said, adding that they're very excited for that new chapter to begin." Glazer said Schiano "has a vision for what he wants to do." Read more: http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/751077...eg-schiano

RE: Bucs introduce Rutgers' Greg Schiano
I hope Schiano has a chance to see his vision through. I am still somewhat skeptical about hiring a coach from the college ranks. But, I like what he has done so far with his coaching staff. I think he has a nice mix of NFL coaching vets along with his guys from Rutgers. He can't be any worse than some of our past hires (Leeman Bennett, Ray Perkins, Richard Williamson).

RE: Bucs introduce Rutgers' Greg Schiano
Well technically they are introducing their new coach, he isn't Rutger's Greg Schiano anymore. I think the Bucs blew it with this one. He can't even win a weak Big East and expects to turn an NFL franchise around? I don't think it is happening.
