Bucs release Albert Haynesworth

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced Wednesday they have released veteran defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth.

This was the best news possible. I truly hope no one signs him. He has the ability but his attitude is such crap. Good riddance and don't come back, jackass.

Good, he deserves to be released.

Especially once he made that remark of only playing in certain defensive settings.

I was excited when we first signed him, basically because of his potential. But, after thinking about how young of a team we have especially on the d-line, I am glad we have let him go. I do not see him being a positive mentor for Price, McCoy, Claiborne, and the rest of the young Bucs.

Not only was he not going to be a positive mentor to those guys, but he was arrogant to add to it.

How do you tell someone "I only play in such and such defense"? Ridiculous.
